1 credit = $1 in service value. Optional packs can add bonus credits; no pack is required. Purchased credits and service remedies follow the Connect service and credit terms. An introduction is a recruiting conversation, not an offer or scholarship guarantee.

Creating your account and building your profile are free. There is no upfront management or enrolment fee and no automatic monthly subscription.

No. Fees relate to the specific introductions and services you select, not a guaranteed placement or scholarship. You remain in control of the support you buy as the work progresses.
Yes. Each uses their own email and login, linked to the same family profile. The person who starts the profile invites the others. Accept the invitation instead of starting a duplicate player profile.
Tuition, accommodation, meals, travel, insurance, government and eligibility charges are separate. Club participation, residential programmes and other third-party services have their own agreed costs. Creating a free Connect account does not purchase or reserve any of these.
